Front page Frames

I have been having fits trying to learn how to set up web
site using frontpage 2002 with frames, really need a good
and simple tutorial if there is one out there, any help
you can give will put you on my list of favorite people :)

i don't know of any tutorials but, i can offer a little
help. create a page of what you want in the frame.
create another new page fro the template that had a
framed page, and insert the first new page into the frame.
