With your FrontPage web open, File | Import them into your images folder
before inserting on a page and saving the page.

You need to always import your image into FP, into the folder where you want to store them within
the web, then insert them on your page.

Seems like I used drag & drop to move some and it ask me if I wanted
to change the links - and it did. Is my memory correct?

Drag-n-drop is the same as using the File Menu | Import command. However if you run full screen or
low resolution 800 x 600, drag-n-drop is more difficult to use, since you end up less screen space
to work in and have multiple windows open.
