Front Page: Links not working in send page as email

I recently authored my first web page in FrontPAge. The idea is to use it as
an email newsletter. The site is
http://www.dv8sm.org/shepherdnotes/newsletter email.htm. I pull the page
up in IE 6.0 and use the File, Send, Page by e-mail command and send the
page. When the page arrives, none of the hyperlinks are active for either
the page itself or to other pages. Any ideas why? I have tested this on
several other web sites (not authored by me) and it works fine. Any help
would be appreciated.

Most mail readers now block html
List send the link to the page

PS
Remove all space from file names
- rename newsletter email.htm to newsletter_email.htm
