Front Page upgrade

Anyone know if Front Page UPgrade ed will work with the
Office XP Standard for teachers will work

Microsoft website dosent say idf it will work or not.

No FP upgrade will work without a qualifying product: a full version of a
previous FrontPage.

Office XP Standard does not include FrontPage.
