Front Page Username and Password

How do you set/reset the Front Page username and password on a remote site?
Do you have to be issued a Windows password on the server?

The reason that I am asking this question is because my host doesn't know how
to do it.

Only your host can change your login info on their servers for your account.

Does your domain account have a Web masters CPanel??
If so, you can change the password there.
You can't change the user name with it though.
