Front Page won't run

[Marv]

After installing FrontPage 2002 on XP Pro machine,
attempting to run FrontPage brings up installer with
only "I" in the title bar. Installer errors out and
prompts to send report.

Running Front PAge in safe mode does the same thing,
Running inspect and fix says it is fixed, but nothing
changes.

Deinstalling and reinstalling does not help...

Help?

Are you logged in with Administrator privileges when you do the install?
