HELP!
I am looking for a free websitehosting to place a
educational website for school.
or could you tell me how I proparly upload files from
frontpage to geocities, because whatever i do it does not
seen to upload proparly!

You need to use the ftp file upload
feature to upload at geocities.
They should have a "how to" somewhere
on the site.
