FrontPage 2000 help files problem.

I have a problem with help files opening I do not know what should be the
problem. I mentioned the link below, it is from my directory structure. When
I click the topic it does not responce. I have just installed FrontPage. I
think that I may mistaked the group but I suspect that this question should
be regular for the help file installation is related to the Office setup.
