Frontpage 2000 Versus Frontpage 2003

I am using Front Page 2000 and am considering buying FrontPage 2003, but
have a couple of questions first:

1 What features are included in FP2003 that aren't in FP2000 ?
2 Are these features useful ?
3 Does MS have a Product Activation requirement on this product. ?

1. FP2003 has a few more features in the uploading department. Other than
that I cant think of much else, but Im sure there are many more.

3. Not on my version Have a look on P2P or ask some nice bloke to upload
it to a binary ng
