How do I create something that once the web is published
to add word documents to the page, like a template page
where I can make new ttemplates for word, and be able to
add them to this page?

Do you mean just a link to the Word Documents?

No..sorry, Im just looking to be able to attach documents
to that web page, so when I click on then i can open then
and fix them, or simply attach new ones. its just not
that simple huh?

You would do this from within FP, either directly on the live site, as long
as the site has the FP extensions or in you local copy and then publish.

Okay I think I have a better explaniation. I want to be
able to allow users that are on the site to see the
templates, and be able to add new templates to the site.
So that when someone else goes on there are the 4 there
that were on at first then say the 2 more that were added.
Which are just going to be blank word documents with
outlines.

You would have to have a database driven application to accomplish this
where user can upload templates in a zip format, that would then be listing
on the site, etc., If I understand what you trying to accomplish.

The Templates are just word documents that the company is
using that can be filled out and I want them to be able to
be modified or new ones to be added. Is there maybe a way
to link to a folder on a server that we have here?

The problem is that when you put documents on a web server, if the browser
recognized the file format, the document will open in the user browser. The
user can then make any changes, however they can not save the changes back
to the web site, only to their local hard drive. If this is a intranet, then
check with your IT folks and see about using the SharePoint Team Services,
etc.
