Frontpage 2002 and bCentral Sharepoint services

Does anyone know how to modify the Sharepoint pages on
bCentral using Frontpage 2002?

I tried to access it using the Frontpage 2002 with no
success. I use Frontpage to modify other websites that I
have but for some reason I cannot connect.

Can these pages be modified to match my website pages.
