FrontPage 2002 Forum Post Reply Hangs

Using FP2002, when I view (in IE6) the forum, choose a post and open it to
read it, then click on reply, the progress bar indicates that something is
happening, but after a minute or more, the operation I guess times out,
because it produces an error in a window that appears, stating something to
the effect that the server is not available. Some users on the forum do not
have this problem, others do. Please help.

Sounds like a connectivity issue.
Try clearing your temporary internet and history files.
