FrontPage 2002 - hit counters & forms

my isp swears the fp server extensions are installed but
my hit counters, forms and guestbooks do not work. Any
suggestions?

How are you upload you web content to the server?

If the FP extensions are install then you must use File Menu | Publish Web
and enter the URL as http://www.domainname.com

If the extensions are installed and you have used any other means of
uploading, then your host needs to re-install the extensions.
