FrontPage 2002 - Hover modification to PhotoGallery ?

Is there a way to modify PhotoGallery such that 'click for larger picture in
existing window' would instead be 'hover for larger picture in new window'?

I want to continue to use PhotoGallery and don't really want to write code,
but minor mods to an existing file would be fine.
