Frontpage 2002: How do I stop the forms wizard from running?

Started to use the forms wizard then aborted. Deleted page, shut down FP and
restarted. Attempted to start a new page with forms wizard but was told that
another instance of the wizard was already running and it would not let me do
anything. Ideas? Stumped here.
