FrontPage 2002 Posting forms results to email

T

Terry Pinto

I'm trying to set up forms and have the results posted
and sent to me via email. I've used this feature before
without problem but now when I go to Form Properties
the 'Send to E-mail' option is disabled. What happened.
I've gone back to the previous pages that I've used forms
on and now get an error message stating that E-mail is
not supported on a disk based web or somethign about the
FrontPage server extensions not being installed. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Right. The Web server actually sends the mail, so you
need a server-based Web running the FrontPage Server
extensions.
