frontpage 2002 will not let me publish to web site

hi, sorry if this has already been covered.

i have just installed frontpage 2002 on a new machine
running xp and with microsoft office professional, and
have tried to load my web pages to my existing web site.
this worked ok on old machine but now frontpage finds my
web site ok list the pages on it and compares them to the
new pages i have created. it then starts to upload new
pages then crashes out of frontpage. i have installed all
the service packs for xp but this makes no difference. my
web hosting company says there is nothing wrong at their
end. i have uninstalled and then reinstalled frontpage
three times. still does not work.

what am i doing wrong?

Have you tried the usual repairs
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files

Also Try opening your online web in FP
