I recently downloaded a Frontpage 2003 calendar template and now I need the instructions to use it. Does anyone have any idea where I can find this information

Where did you dl it from? That would be the best place to look for instructions.

I downloaded it from www.office.microsoft.com and I went there for instructions, but I am trying to learn on my own. Thank you. It creates a new page for each month, and all I need to do is add my banners and borders to each page, publish them all and when someone clicks to view the next month, it will appear as though it is imbedded in one page. (I think) Sounds good anyway. Now I need to figure out how to put the box that will give pertinent infomation for a particular date. Example: Family picnic (on calendar) Click on it to find out time and location.

If you mean one of the templates from
http://office.microsoft.com/templat...61033&CTT=4&Origin=CT062100861033&iStartAt=26

They are Web Templates with pages for each month

When you saved it, it should have installed the template in your custom Web templates folder

To use it, open FP and your web, then use File New and from the task pane select more Web Site Templates - My Templates (and select
the new calendar template)
Warning - This is a Web Template
Ideally created as a new subweb in your root web

If your host supports subwebs enter the location as your current web path and add a folder named calendar to the end of it as say:
C:\yourpath\yourweb\calendar
- create an external link from your rootweb to you new subweb,
- or open the root web and right click the new calendar subweb folder to select Convert to folder if you don't want is as a subweb

If you want it in your current web, you can also in the web creation dialog use:
- make sure you select the Add to Current Web option
- AND make sure when prompted about replacing the index.htm file Select NO or you will lose you current home page

(you will need to create manual links to the monthly pages created in either method)
