FrontPage 2003 compatibility with Win 98 SE?

Until I can upgrade from Win 98 SE, what functionality would be lost from
FrontPage 2003?

You can't use it. You MUST have XP or 2000.

You would have no functionality whatsoever, as FP 2003 will not work on 98.
