FrontPage 2003 Error

Re-installed Frontpage 2003 due to an error received. the
program will not start.

The error is when trying to start the program:

"The Procedure entry point ?
UDC_LOCATION_STS_URL@DDW@@2QBGB could not be located in
the dynamic link library fpcutl.dll"

I tried to uninstall, re-install and do a repair. Nothing
seems to correct the issue. I even cleaned the registry
thinking that there may have been some files left over
causing the issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

Did you perchance install the full released Office 2003
without installing the full released FrontPage 2003?

Because if you did, this is the normal result.

Or if you installed the BETA 2TR for FP w/o First installing the BETA 2TR for MSO
