Sounds like your FTP server either doesn't support folder levels more than 32, or more likely it doesn't support file names longer
than 32 characters (try shortening your file names)
IMHO
If you must FTP, you are better off w/ a 3rd party FTP client where you can also select not to upload the unnecessary FP meta files
