FrontPage 2003 - Installing Options on startup every time

Every time I launch FrontPage 2003 I get message "Installing FrontPage options" and it appears that FrontPage attempts to install something.

Any idea why it would continue to do this on every start up?

Are you then letting FP do the install?

Or reinstall FP using the add components and set them to all run from your disc
