FrontPage 2003 kills popup window

Whenever I edit my home page with FP2003, my popup window is killed. How do I
stop this!?!??!

I copied/customized a javascript code for my side to add a popup window.
Worked fine under FP2002. I updraded to FP2003. I may have clicked on an
option change or chose optomize html and messed something up. Restored a
backup of the page..but now whenever I open the site with FP2003 it kills the
popup...even though I cannot find any change to the code.

Except for all users of Windows XP SP 2 where all popups Not clicked on by users are blocked by default

PS
Suggest you validate your pages
- you can't have multiple title tags and the Doc type belongs before the <head> tag (not after the </head> tag)
