FrontPage 2003 Microsoft Online Tutorial

I am using the online tutorial, but when I try to download the hands on
lesson in each one it fails to download. I have used it before on a PC with
XP and it was OK. Could it be that Vista, which I have on my PC, is a
problem? Or perhaps it's IE7. The tutorial is here
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/training/CR061832701033.aspx and the
downloadable lessons are about half way through. Does anyone have any ideas?

I just tried one (Create a Web site with FrontPage) on Windows XP with
FP2003 and it worked. My guess is that because it does create a web site
under "My Web Sites" in My Documents, that it could be an issue with Vista
and its security settings.

Thanks for trying that. I guess I'll just have to find a compter with XL on
it to do the tutorials if Ican. I have been trying to contact someone at
Microsoft by email, but there just seems to be no way into their system
without paying and I'm not doing that.
Cheers

Can you tell me exactly what happens when you click on the link for the
download? Do you have any pop-up blockers enabled that you could disable?
What happens if you right-click the link?

Hello. Thanks for trying to help me. When I click on the link there is a
quick message about downloading activex files but it immediately goes to an
error page with the message:

Please try again

An error occurred while downloading this practice file. It may have been
caused by several reasons, such as a network error, a busy or unavailable
server, or lack of space on your hard drive.
Check your network connection and the available space on your hard drive.
Then click your browser's Back button and try again.

If I right click I just get a small greyed out menu - undo, cut, copy etc.

I don't use a separate pop up stopper. Is there one in IE7? I do use Spybot
Search & Destroy, Ad-Aware and Zone Alarm firewall.

Cheers
Graham

Yes, IE 7 has a pop-up stopper.
