Didn't think of that. Any individual that is selling OEM is probably
illegally selling the copy that came pre-installed on their system. OEM
is
always best bought from companys that sell copies that were never
installed
and were "liquidated" by a manufacturer. Most people sell it only if you
by
hardware, which is Microsofts policy. But you can still get a better
price
than the retail box.

And if it is OEM, chances are it's illegal to sell that copy anyway.
I wouldn't risk 40¢ on that deal. You'll get less than what you paid for.

There are pirate versions out there, on ebay and elsewhere. However, I
would'nt recommend buying them but thats up to you.
You want to make sure you are getting the full version and not an upgrade.
If you want a legit copy then the best advice is to use common sense. You
aren't going to get a 179$ product for $40 but you might get it for $99
ifs
its OEM. Chance are that the $40 one is pirate!

I wanted to buy Fp 2003, I looked in Pcworld yesterday and they were
£179.00
I looked on Ebay last night and again today and you can get them for £40
!!
Are they genuine ? is it worth the risk ??
