As long as the version of Office has FP in it you can upgrade. I don't
remember if Office 2000 Pro had FP 2000 in it or not. If it does, you are
all set. If not, you will need another qualifying product.

Read the box - what does it say the upgrade qualifying products are?

I have the FP 2003 upgrade; it says it will upgrade with a previous version
of Frontpage - that is logical since you're upgrading to Frontpage 2003, or
from versions of Office that include Frontpage - Office Pro does not.

Office Professional (Small business ed., student ed, standard ed. or pro
ed.) doesn't include Frontpage, so the answer is No.

Office Premium does/did include Frontpage), but Office XP & Office 2003 does
not.
