FrontPage 2003 - Vista - Filename case

I recently installed Vista (Ultimate). After installing Vista I
noticed that suddenly many of the filenames for my webs were showing
as UPPERCASE in FrontPage whereas previously they have all been
lowercase. Physically changing the filenames to lowercase outside of
FrontPage seems to have little effect on how FrontPage is showing the
filenames, which continue to show as UPPERCASE.

As someone that has used FrontPage since FrontPage 97, I am puzzled
because I have never had this problem. When publishing FrontPage uses
the UPPERCASE filenames, which then does not match the case for the
filenames in the actual html

Any thoughts?
