Frontpage 2003 won't let me publish any more

In the past I have had no problem uploading my web using the "Publish
Site" command in FP2003. Suddenly I'm getting this message when I hit
"Publish Site" after going through the Remote Website Properties box:
**************************
Unable to publish to http:my website.com

Server error: Accessing HTTP servers requires 32-bit TCP/IP
networking, which is not installed or may be misconfigured. Would you
like to see help on how to install it?
Possible causes-
1. The web server may not have FrontPage extensions installed (it
does)
2. The web server is temporarily out of service (it isn't)
3. if you are connecting through a proxy server, the proxy server
settings might be incorrect.
4. An error may have occurred in the web server.
************************

Since I've successfully published my site in the past via "Publish
Site" I'm stumped. Any suggestions on what might be happening would be
appreciated. Until then, I'm publishing via Lunarpages (my host)
control panel. It just takes longer, and I'd rather use the FP
"Publish Site" command. Thanks.

Can you connect to your online site in FP using File Open Site

| I have always had a Firewall; I disable it when I go to upload.

Actually, Steve ended up being correct when suggesting the Firewall...I had completely disabled the firewall when trying to upload, but it evidently wasn't enough. After experiencing Firewall conflicts (albeit a disabled Firewall) with other programs, I uninstalled the d@#n thing. And voila! No more problems.
