FrontPage 2003 won't start; error code: 0xc0000005

Help! I can't get my FrontPage 2003 to work. It goes through the Detect and
Repair bit, starts in Safe Mode, and still shuts down.

I has something to do with my system or some software on it. I had tried
two different copies of FrontPage with the same result. So I bought a new
hard drive, made it the master, and installed yet another copy of FrontPage.
Same problem.

I searched the web, but found nothing that would help. What can I do?
