FrontPage and Cold Fusion

Does anyone know if I can build a Cold Fusion site on Frontpage 2003?

You could configure FrontPage to edit cfm pages visually, but you can't use
it to program any ColdFusion functionality. For real ColdFusion
functionality you would be better served with Adobe DreamWeaver as it offers
the full range of ColdFusion design with WYSIWYG editing.

You can create and edit Cold Fusion files but FrontPage doesn't have any
built-in tools for doing Cold Fusion coding.
