Frontpage and Live Essentials

I can not figure out how to upload my site from Frontapge to Essentials. I
have already activated Frontpage on Essentials but Im not sure what to do
next. Does anyone know?

Have you contact the web host for instructions?

Generally with the site open in FP on your PC (File Menu | Open Site) you would then use File Menu |
Publish Site and then enter your publish location per the following example and then your login
info.

Example:

http://www.your-domain-name.com
