What and where do I look for the problem when two pc's side by side same
operating system, with MS Explorer 6 looking at a web site. One it is
perfect. The other tends to move things around is spots and overlay
other areas. Thanks Izod

why are you using frames??...??

the moving around is due to using absolute positioning on some items.

Thanks Rob... Very good question. I'm a newbie and thought that using
frames would make
it easier to move things around as the web site is continually being
changed. I just got started doing it that way. What is the preferred
method?

I can't see any reason you would need frames for that site. The bottom of
that page even has an extra beginning of a framed page there that you can't
see. Dump the frames.

That page also has absolutely positioned stuff and about 9 billion layers
(slight exaggeration). As a newbie you may wanna just redo the page and
stick to a simple design using tables for now.

Rob, I'm trying that now. I can not seem to put tables where I want
them. But I'm doing a lot or reading. Placing the trustee's pictures
where I want them?. I've tried several approaches to doing that. Can't
seem to place a Table where I want it. I'm getting there, as I don't
give up. Thanks for the Input.

Start with a new 'experimental' page, create a table 760 px wide on it and
play with that for a while.
