FrontPage can't import specified format

Before on old server, user could click & drag a Word file
into FrontPage. Now user gets: Microsoft FrontPage can't
import the specified format. An error occured and this
feature is no longer functioning properly. How do we fix
this?

have you tried to do File>Import to bring the file in.
