frontpage changes take several minutes to show in browser

We recently upgraded to Windows Server 2003. Now when I make changes to our
intranet in FrontPage 2003 it takes several minutes before those changes
appear on our intranet. The changes used to appear immediately.

What are we missing.

Did you try clearing your browser Cache and setting it to check for newer
version of pages "Every visit to the page" in IE, Tools, Internet Options?
