Frontpage Components In-op

I have had my host numerous times reload Frontpage
Extensions due to getting this error message:

User: please report details to this site's webmaster.

Webmaster: please see the server's application event log for more
details.

This error occurs when submitting any form on my website.

My host claims that it must not be the server, due to the
numerous reloads of FP Extensions.

Could anyone shed some light on this situation?

Does your host have Email transport enabled (if your form sends to an email address) and did they look at the server logs for the
details of the error
