Has anyone had any problems installing this product? I get "error
reading file" when attempting to open the downloaded ASP file. I'm
using FP 2003 now, after upgrading from FP 2k this week..

I contacted Colligan support and was told last Friday that someone
would get back to me within 2 business days. It's now a week later and
after 3 unanswered phone calls, 2 or 3 unanswered emails, and 2
unanswered support tickets, I am pretty much fed up. Even asked for my
money back...no response.

Colligan support rates an F for failure. Worst I've seen in 10 years.
