Frontpage Error i need help!!!!!!

My FP2003 on XP professional comes up with this error i have spent about 15
hours on this and cannot figure out what is going on. could somebody help me
please, my websites are what i do they are very important!

Are you using a firewall or some sort of Security Suite such as Norton on
your PC? If so, that's the likely culprit.
