Frontpage error message

When publishing, the following error is returned:
"An error occurred acessing your FrontPage web files.
Authors - if authoring against a web server, please
contact the webmaster. WebMasters - please see the
servers system log for more details."

Our webmaster did not see anything in the log files
related to this problem. Any ideas what the problem is
and how to remedy it?
