Frontpage Express freezes

I need help. After a long time using Frontpage Express
without any problems suddenly while trying to create a
hyperlink the software feezes and only ALT+CONTROL+DELETE
enables to get out of it.Tried to reinstall it but nothing
changed. If you have somme idea please let me know.

Try clearing your cache and delting .tmp files
