Frontpage Express Missing help files

Have Frontpage Express but the help files are gone. I have
never made a web page or used an editor. Need help files
so I can learn. Can you tell me where to go to download
from?

FP Express does not come with help files. And, FP express is an obsolete
version of a partial text editor based on FP 97.
