FrontPage for XHTML?

I'm wondering if it is possible to use FrontPage for XHTML coding of a
website. I'm managing an email newsletter through constant contact
(www.constantcontact.com) and I'd like to jazz it up a little with a few
graphics and start to develop more of a template to use. The website uses
XHTML instead of HTML. Would FrontPage be a good tool to use here?

FP can convert code to XML formatting
- your site is currently html but uses .jsp (JAVA server pages) which TBMK FP does not support
