FrontPage Form Email Conformation

Jason

I have a new form in our site that has a number of check
boxes. When I receive the email the form fields are
listed at the top of the page and the results at the
bottom making it difficult to determine which field
someone checked and which ones they didn't. I have tried
all the different file formats and none seem to help.

right click the link, submit button.

select 'form properties'

then select options, then saved fields.

you might have something like...

form fields to save-----------------
firstname
lastname
address
tel
mobile
firstname
lastname
address
tel
mobile
-----------------

you need to remove the TOP copy of these field names,

then click OK, then OK in the form properties window, you might get some
errors about emails or something, click OK to this.

then if you still have other windows open after that click OK on them.

now upload you site and thats it.

if you have a FRONTPAGE COMPONANT message appear on your site page that
simbits the data, open the page that contains the submit button and click
save, this will re-save the page and allow you to upload that page again to
correct the upload problems you might have.

hope this helps

Jason..
