FRONTPAGE FORM

I'd like to have a pull down or some type of option that
has the user choose 2 options and it takes them to a new
page.

Example:
List 1 List 2
Virgina Houses
New York Restaurants
New Jersey Hotels
New Mexico Movie Houses


The user would choose 1 from the 1st list and 1 from the
second, then submit and it would take them to a WEB page
based on their chooses(hyperlink). I'm not sure how to do
this in Frontpage. Any help would be appreciated.
