To send a form (by email) you need to set it to the top option (not send to other )
1) Make sure in Tools Page Options Compatibility the FP SE are enabled
2) Easiest way to see it correctly is use the Forms Wizard (File New page)

| Stefan - Thanks for your reply. Do I need to change the Custom ISAPI, NSAPI etc to Registration Form Handler in the form
properties box? I'm sure the problem is a simple one but it has me stummped.
