Up until yesterday I have been quite happily able to open
two or more webs at once with no problem. However now
when I try, the system hangs. When I do CTRL, ALT and
DEL, I get a white box that says I am low on resources and
I have to reboot.
I have tried scan disk and then defrag and also run
adware, but to no avail. After running defrag, I tried
and did get two webs loaded but then got an illegal
operation and the whole lot closed.
I have also deleted the web cache files as this is what an
article in Knowledge base points to, but that has not
helped either.
I am running Windows 98 SE. Can anyone offer any other
suggestions or has anyone come across this error before.
It is driving me mad and holding me up with my business
work.
