FrontPage Help(allowing users to upload)

Okay, so I have spent several hours learning and reading about frontpage and
how to allow users to upload images/videos.

I read a very informative result that Kevin Spencer wrote on 9/9/06
providing the link to
http://www.frontpagehowto.com/fileupload/FrontPageFileUploadComponent_files/frame.htm#slide0001.htm

I follow the steps and understand. However, on the 5th step, creating a
folder I do not have the options to select-"Allow Files to be browsed",
"Allow Anonymous Upload to this directory", etc. They are greyed out, not
selectable. I will keep working with it but any help with this would be very
helpful. I thank you in advance.

Your web host may not allow you to do this yourself. You'll need to have
them make those permission settings for you. You will also have to have
them get them to set the folder people will be uploading to with write
permissions.

You web host must set up the server to allow you to use the File Upload component. See help for how
to add it to your page.
