This page is only 10x heavier than the target weight for a typical first
webpage. No wonder some people think it's not working. Given the table
structure there, the page cannot render until the entire content has been
fetched so you are left looking at a blank page until that time.
In addition, by my count, there are 702 lines of blank lines or </div> tags
(neither needed) at the bottom of the page's code, and then (as Thomas
points out) no closing </body></html> as required by HTML4.01.
