Check your CD Rom drive (try a different one if you have 2) and look at the
back of the CD and see if there are any finger prints or scratches on it.
If they are you can use warm water and a sift Kleenex to clean it.

What version of Windows, and what version of Frontpage are you installing?
Frontpage 2003 won't install in anything earlier than Windows 2000
Professional.

"D:frontpage\setup\.exe" is an invalid file/pathname. It would more likely
be D:\frontpage\setup.exe" or whatever the correct path string is. (note,
the back slashes ('\') in different positions).

If you mean "D:\frontpage\setup.exe" then please post back saying "that's
what you meant".

Question:

Is "D:" your *actual* CD disk drive or is "D:" used in the context of
(generally) meaing "the cd drive in the user's system" and not specifically
"D:" drive? Not everyone has "D:" as their CD/DVD drive(s).

The CD should 'auto-run' the install program when the disk is inserted, but
you should have a "getting started" leaflet/booklet in the package which
tells you how to properly begin the install process.

FP is not included in the Office 2003 suite. You must purchase it separately.

There's no mention of the OP using Office 2003, or installing from the
Office disk.....

I think this qualifies:

"i've installed microsoft office 2003 and everthing else that come with it
from the disc"

Um, I think there is. At the bottom of the very thread you quoted he says:
"i've installed microsoft office 2003 and everthing else that come with it
