That's how "layers" are supposed to work. Layers are absolutely
positioned,
which means that once placed, they are stuck like glue.

Does someone have an example of using a layer that is placed
ion
the
middie
of the web page and will change to different text when a user
mouses
over
images that are placed in a circle around the layer?
The problem I am having is that the layer I created displays
the
text
when
I
mouseover the images BUT does not stay centered correctly in
the
middle
when
the user resizes the browser window
