Frontpage loads but I can't see it

I click start, then i click frontpage and i see the
little hour glass but then nothing happens. I can't see
frontpage on the taskbar or on my screen. But if i open
the task manager, it says frontpg.exe is running and its
using 80-90% of my cpu. It's as if frontpage freezes
while loading. I've uninstalled office and installed it
again and I've resrarted several times. Any help is much
appreciated.

Have you tried the usual repairs in the sequence below (Especially 1-3):
1) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all FP Temp Files
Usually in: C:\WINDOWS\Temp and %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
2) In Windows Explorer Find and delete all hidden *.web files
Usually in C:\Documents and Settings\<USER>\Application Data\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache
3) In Windows Explorer Find and delete the file hidden file CMDUI.PRF
Usually in: %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\FrontPage\State
4) Run a Repair on IE
(see http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=318378 )
5) Install all Service Packs for your OS, IE, MS Office and your Video card
(Windows Update and Office Update sites, plus your video card supplier site)
6) Open FP and Disable or Uninstall any FP Addins, or uninsatlle them from Add/Remove Programs
7) Open your FP Web/Site and run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks

Also try starting FP (by browsing to it in Windows Explorer) in
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\FRONTPG.EXE
or C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE\FRONTPG.EXE
